375 ml susu evaporated kalengan<br />
15 gr gelatin bubuk, larutkan dalam 3 sdm air panas<br />
150 gr gula pasir<br />
1 sdm kopi bubuk instan<br />
200 ml krim kocok (whipped cream)<br />
2 sdm coklat masak serut untuk hiasan</p>
<p>Cara Membuat:<br />
Buka kaleng susu, tim susu berikut kalengnya selama 20 menit, angkat dan dinginkan.<br />
Simpan dalam lemari pendingin semalam.<br />
Kocok susu hingga kental.<br />
Masukkan larutan gelatin dan gula sedikit-sedikit sambil kocok terus.<br />
Masukkan kopi, kocok hingga rata.<br />
Tuang adonan dalam gelas-gelas saji. Dinginkan hingga mengeras.<br />
Hiasi atasnya dengan whipped cream, taburi dengan coklat serut. Sajikan. (Untuk 4 gelas).</p>

<p><b>Cara Mengolah :</b></p>

<p ALIGN="justify">1. Kocok kuning telur dengan gula, tambahkan susu cair, masak di atas api sedang, sambil aduk-aduk. Biarkan mendidih, matikan api.<br />
2. Masukkan gelatin yang telah dilarutkan dengan air panas, cokelat leleh, madu dan whipping cream. Aduk rata.<br />
3. Kocok putih telur hingga kaku. Tuang ke dalam adonan madu, sambil aduk hingga semua bahan tercampur rata.<br />
4. Tuang ke dalam gelas-gelas mousse. Masukkan lemari pendingin hinga kaku sampai siap dihidangkan.</td>

<p ALIGN="justify">1. Olesi 3 loyang bundat ukuran 23 cm dengan mentega. Panaskan oven hingga 160 derajat Celcius/gas 3. Taruh 250 g mentega, 375 g cokelat, dan air dalam panci beralas tebal di atas api kecil. Aduk hingga meleleh, biarkan agak dingin, lalu kocok bersama telur dalam mangkuk.<br />
2. Tambahkan terigu dan gula, kocok hingga lembut dan tercampur rata. Tuang ke dalam ketiga loyang tadi panggang selama 25-30 menit, atau sampai lidi yang ditusukkan ke tengahnya keluar bersih. Taruh kue dalam loyangnya di atas rak selama 10 menit. Balik cake dan biarkan dingin.<br />
3. Untuk adonan isi, lelehkan 125 g cokelat. Biarkan agak dingin, lalu campurkan gula bubuk, sisa mentega dan 4 sdm krim, kocok hingga licin. Untuk lapisan, lelehkan sisa cokelat dan krim diatas api kecil hingga licin.<br />
4. Oleskan ketiga cake dengan separo adonan isi. Olesi bagian atas dan samping cake juga. Semprotkan sisa adonan isi sekeliling dasar cake.</td>
